I have spent all my working life in administration. I am currently employed at Aras Mhuire Day Care Centre in Nenagh. I am the founder and present chairperson of Tipperary Living Links (providing support to those bereaved by suicide). I've been involved in parish projects for many years.

Gregory Whelan - Treasurer

I am a former senior civil servant, with experience in a wide variety of roles across the Civil and Public Service in organisations such as the Revenue Commissioners, Depts. Education, Justice, Ordnance Survey Ireland and the Pensions Authority, mainly working in Corporate administration, Investigative, HR and Financial Management Roles. I have been involved in a number of key projects in procurement, recruitment, staff and policy development in these organisations. My Voluntary Experience Includes work with; the Middle Country Co-operative Society, Parkrun, the Inland Waterways Association of Ireland, Sustainable Projects Ireland Ltd – building a sustainable community in the EcoVillage, Cloughordan and the Naval Service Reserve.

I am from Nenagh and I was delighted to join the board of Silver Arch FRC in February 2023. I qualified as an Occupational Therapist and completed postgraduate studies in occupational therapy, advancing healthcare practice and non-profit leadership and management. In my career to date, I have been working in rehabilitation services in hospital and community settings. I currently work as the National Clinical Programme Manager for Acquired Brain Injury Ireland supporting adults and children who have experienced an acquired brain injury. I'm looking forward to sharing my skills and learning from my colleagues across the service.

I have been personally connected to Silver Arch FRC for as long as I remember. This has included volunteering as playgroup leader, being involved in fundraising and helping out on the holiday for the over 60’s on occasions and I have very fond memories of these times. I believe my connection with Silver Arch FRC was pivotal in my decision to pursue a career in social work. As a qualified social work , I worked in the various areas of Child Protection and Welfare and I have strong community and family values and a keen interest in fostering good community spirit and giving back to my community. I currently work as Social Work Team Leader with The Safeguarding & Protection Team for Adults at Risk of Abuse.

 I was delighted to join the Board of Silver Arch FRC in September 2022, having worked in a Senior Management role in a similar service in Limerick for the past 8 years.
I am a graduate in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, Dublin & have developed my skillset over the years to include qualifications in Project Management, Train the Trainer, Supervisors Skills, Advanced Interviewing Skills (IMI), Organisational Behaviour (IMI), Management Development Programmes (Executive Counsel SA Brussels & IMI Dublin) & Mediation.
Over the past 40 years my career has spanned a wide variety of areas including the Semi-state, Private, Public Services, Intellectual Disability and Not for Profit sectors.  In addition to the day- to-day role of a H.R. Manager, as a Member of the SMT, I provided strategic support and advise to the CEO & Senior Management Team and reported to the Board of Management on a monthly basis.   
I am currently self-employed, providing HR Consultancy services to a number of Agencies.   In the past I have participated in various committees/working groups including Raheen Business Park Development Group, HSE Enhancing the Partnership Working Group, National Federation of Voluntary Bodies & IBECs H.R. Management Forum.
My Voluntary experience includes President of Junior Chamber Nenagh, PRO Nenagh Walking Club, Suaimhneas Cancer Support Centre & Nenagh Friends of the Animals Charity Shop.  I have a keen interest in health & wellbeing & enjoy walking, hiking, pilates & yoga.
I have strong empathy in the ethos and commitment of Silver Arch FRC to providing meaningful services to the community of North Tipperary and hope to be able to provide a positive contribution for their continued success.

My name is Mary Slattery. I am a retired Primary School Principal. Through my teaching career and especially in my years as Principal I have gained invaluable experience of working with children, parents and families. Now as a retiree and with my family raised I am in a position to give time back to the community. I think my experience and skill set could be an asset to the work of Silver Arch. I look forward to working with you all.

I was delighted to join Silver Arch FRC in November 2020. I have a keen personal interest in the work that supports the family unit and I am looking forward to putting my skills and experience to good use with Silver Arch, to play a small part enhancing the great work they already do. As the co-founder of Social Impact Ireland, I am dedicated to supporting enterprises and individuals to scale their impact, creating a better society for all. Having a masters in Human Rights, I have a passion for equality and ensuring all in society receive support and assistance to live a fulfilled life, of their choosing, rather than their circumstances. I live in Tipperary with my husband and two boys and love the outdoor life. I am a keen runner and spend all of my spare time outdoors enjoying the benefits of nature..

Noel Power - Board Member

Originally from Waterford now living in Newport, Tipperary I am delighted to be part of the board of Silver Arch. Married with three children, I am an experienced senior manager and business consultant. I have many areas of expertise from Operations to Finance and everything in between. I am a graduate of Athlone Institute of Technology having gained a BA degree in Business and Enterprise. Most recently I gained a Higher Diploma in International Business from Limerick Institute of Technology and I am currently studying for a Quality Management qualification specific to Lean and Lean Business Systems in the University of Limerick. I am a member of the Newport CFR group along with being the treasurer on the Newport Boys National School, Board of Management. I enjoy walking and cycling when I get spare time.
