Are you looking to rent a room for a community meeting, workshop or event?
Silver Arch can offer versatile spaces that can cater to a variety of needs. We have a wide range of facilities, including a training room, community centre and private counselling rooms to suit many needs. We pride ourselves in our dedicated facilities and our ability to work successfully to meeting your requirements. The cost of renting/hiring facilities varies depending on facilities required. It is recommended that you visit the facility, if possible, to get a good feel for the space and to ensure we can be flexible in meeting your requirements. By hiring one of our rooms, you support our work helping families and individuals in the community.

Entering and Leaving the Building
- It is very important the building is kept safe and secure.
- The group must assign a contact person – this is someone who is present for the duration of the rental period and who takes responsibility for holding the key and managing the room.
- Once everyone has entered the building please ensure that the entrance door is secure, to avoid anyone entering the building.
- Please ensure that the heat and lights are turned off and that the entrance door is locked on leaving the building after use.
- Please follow any instructions in relation to keys, alarm codes, etc. that have been issued to you.
Health and Safety
- Please continue to be mindful of public health advice in relation to Covid-19.
- Please respect social distancing and encourage good hand hygiene. There is no stipulation that masks must be worn – this is an individual choice.
- Please ensure that the rooms are kept in good condition. If you have any issues please contact Silver Arch FRC.
- Ensure that everyone is made aware of the Fire Evacuation Procedure, Fire Exits and location of toilets.
- The Contact person must ensure that he/she is aware of the location of the First Aid kit. If any incident or accident occurs while you are on the premises you must inform Silver Arch FRC immediately on 067-31800.
- If you are renting the premises outside of office hours a mobile number will be provided to you.
- Relevant insurance cover is the responsibility of the user. Please note that Silver Arch FRC will not be liable for any actions, claims, etc that may occur (outside of our public liability).
Cancellation Policy
Due to the great demand on our rooms we need to implement a cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be required to pay half the total rental cost.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment by contacting us on 067-31800.
