What is Family Support?
The Family Support Services Team is a dedicated team through their work/engagement/activity use tools to strengthen and empower a family, adult and or child/young person’s capacity to promote and protect their health, well-being and human rights so they can work towards reaching their potential and to live a full and meaningful life. Particular attention is given to those who are vulnerable or at risk or who are suffering in varying degrees through incapacity or indifference.
How does it work?
Those seeking support or who have concerns with regard to friends, family, colleagues, neighbours or students can contact Silver Arch FRC through the referral’s portal on the website – A member of our team will be happy to get in touch to chat and assess the level of support required. Should a person require additional supports within the Silver Arch family we are very happy to all work together to prioritise and provide every opportunity for positive outcomes.
Who is it for?
If you are feeling overwhelmed with the normal! Struggling to manage your home, family, finances, relationships and just not sure what you need help with. It is important to remember that we ALL need support and guidance and should honour that when making the decision to contact us and seek out help. We are here to support and work for you.
How do I get in contact?
