Community Families Home Visitor (Part-Time, Fixed-Term)

This part-time role (18.5 hours per week, 12-month contract) focuses on supporting parents and families through home visits and community-based group programmes, with a focus on children aged 0-3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build supportive relationships with families
  • Promote parent-child relationships
  • Deliver group supports and foster community connections
  • Maintain records and collaborate with other professionals
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 7 qualification in Family Support, Early Childhood Development, or similar
  • 1+ year of experience working with parents and children
  • Full driver’s license and access to a car
