Parent Support Programme, Silver Arch Family Resource Centre are delighted to invite you to FREE webinar with Deirdre Reddan who is a Parent Coach/Mentor, specialising in Eating Disorders. Deirdre is also an associate instructor with Youth Mental Health First Aid Ireland, delivering training to help adults support the young people they work or live with, if the young person is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. She is passionate about the importance of educating and raising awareness around the complex and often misunderstood area of mental health, particularly eating disorders. She has delivered numerous workshops and webinars to sporting organisations, large commercial organisations, and to healthcare professionals.
