Team Leader – Child & Family Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Child & Family Services team
- Provide direct support to families and manage staff caseloads
- Implement the Tusla Meitheal model for better outcomes for children and families
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and staff development
Qualifications:
- Minimum QQI Level 8 in Social Care, Family Support, or related fields
- 3+ years’ experience working with families and at least 1 year in a leadership role
