Mindfulness with Dementia

Silver Arch Family Resource Centre Health and Wellbeing Programme are delighted to bring a series of Mindfulness Sessions to support people living with dementia, and their families and carers for the month of March. Please find poster attached. I would really appreciate if you could pop this up on a notice board if suitable and circulate it to anyone you feel may benefit from this.
This is being delivered by Neil Dennehy of Health Matters, and aims to offer coping and stress-reducing skills through mindfulness.
