Managing Anxiety in the Family – How parents can influence

Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in life, however, many people find it hard to manage their worries. It can be difficult to communicate a sense of calm to your child when you are struggling to cope with your own anxiety. Life is full of uncertainties, and the constant stream of distressing world events portrayed in the media can increase the level of anxiety experienced by parents and children.

To respond to many requests from parents seeking advice and support, we are providing a Free webinar by an expert in the field, Psychotherapist Joanna Fortune. Joanna is the author of 15 Minute Parenting books and podcast, she is also a regular contributor to News Talk Radio Parenting Advice slot on the Moncreiff show. The Webinar will take place via Zoom on Monday 12th December, 7-8.30pm and will include an opportunity for Questions and Answers. Enquiries, please contact Silver Arch Reception on 067 31800.
